Overview
シリーズ初の連続テレビドラマとして放送された「人狼ゲーム ロストエデン」に続く完結編となる。 鶴ヶ岡高校2年3組の生徒10人は、クラスメート同士で殺し合う「人狼ゲーム」に強制参加させられる。それは、村人8人と人狼2人の役に分かれて騙し合い、さらに毎日投票によって1人ずつ処刑する者を選んでいくゲームだった。そして、ある少女は友人を手に掛ける人狼役となってしまう。
