Overview
ペンシルベニア州に住むオータムは、友達も少なく、目立たない17歳の高校生。ある日、オータムは自身が予期せず妊娠していたことを知る。ペンシルベニアでは未成年者は両親の同意がなければ中絶手術を受けることができない。同じスーパーでアルバイトをしている従妹であり親友でもあるスカイラーは、オータムの異変に気付き、金を工面し、ふたりで中絶に両親の同意が必要ないニューヨークに向かう……。
