Overview
LAに暮らすアイヴァンは審美眼を持つ凄腕の美術品泥棒。 依頼人である組織のボスからの命を受け、数々の盗みを繰り返してきたが、 そろそろ足を洗いたいと考えていた。ある日、狙いをつけた美術品のある家のパーティで美しいエリスと出会う。エリスはハリウッドで女優をしていたが、多額の借金を抱えてしまい、自らの美貌を武器に詐欺師として生活していた。アイヴァンとエリスは何度かパーティで出会ううちにお互いの素性を知り、人生の逆転を狙って、お互いのテクニックを使った強奪計画を練り、手を組むことに。しかし、予測不能な事態が次々と起こり、計画は狂って行ってしまう･･･。

**Lying and Stealing is a mediocre B-movie that just wants to show off its good-looking leads, Emily Ratajkowski and Theo James.** Lying and Stealing is an altogether forgettable film that basically serves as a vehicle to parade its attractive stars across the screen without doing much else. I watched the entire thing on an airplane and immediately had difficulty remembering what I had just seen. The predictable run-of-the-mill plot didn't do anything to set itself apart from any other heist-focused B-movie. Everything seemed way too easy to steal. It really isn't the worst thing I have ever seen, but it is absolutely not worth your time.
