Overview
出産を間近に控えたサラ（レイチェル・ニコルズ）は、突然の交通事故で夫を亡くし、補聴器なしでは耳が聞こえない状態になった。わが子の誕生を心の支えに暮らしていたある晩、突如見知らぬ女（ローラ・ハリング）が家に侵入し、サラを殺そうと襲い掛かってくる。逃げ惑う中、補聴器が壊れて何も聞こえなくなった上に、陣痛が起きる。

A Deliciously Wicked and Brutal Horror Film... Such a Horrorific intro to our film, it was Utterly Heartbreaking to see, even though there was a possible silver lining for our main character who happens to be a female. Looks like we have a problem developing now, and it doesn't look good for our main character at all. Someone vile has made an appearance in the film, quite threatening in her actions so far. And said character is back again, and in an even more terrifying manner this time around. Wow... Such Glorious Mayhem, and so Brutal and Shameless in its pure Wanton Violence.
