Overview
母の死後、家族と距離を置いていたロナンの元に父から不審なメッセージが届いた。「日曜日の6時19分に、○○のビルへこい。」 実家に戻ったロナンは、妹ベアトリクスと久々に再会するが、彼女の元へも同様のメッセージが届いており、父の身に何かが起きている事を察知する。父の車のトランクには、クリントン大統領暗殺という見出しの新聞紙にくるまれた謎の小型装置があった。一体、何が起きているのか？ ロナン、ベアトリクス、幼馴染みのハロルドら3人は、時間通りに父が指定したビルを訪れた。都心の真ん中にあるビルはすでに廃墟と化しており、壁面には「すべての子供が双子で産まれる地球を発見した」など、謎のメッセージが記されていた。すると突然、ビル内の警報機が鳴り響き、慌てて外に出た3人は外の様子を見て目を疑った。なんと、ビルの外の大都会が一瞬のうちに消え去ってしまったのだった。

Could tell 15 minutes in or so that this was gonna be a botched tv pilot, and sure enough it leaves you with a cliffhanger at the end of the 'film'. That said I'm sure if it was developed to a tv series that it would have it's share of fans... I would however probably not be one of them. Unless it got far more interesting in the following episodes. But yeah as a movie, it doesn't have alot to offer.
