Overview
シルクロード沿いの村に住む写真家タンはある日、奥深い峡谷で蜃気楼の中に現われた美女の幻影を見る。その美女に一目惚れしたタンは彼女を探し求めて、親友のマオ、ガイドのアネッタと共に旅に出る。かつて東西交易路の重要な役割を果たしていたシルクロードを舞台にした、バイオレンス・アクション。

A lavishly-produced action adventure with awesome fight scenes and some of the most outrageous stunts ever seen in HK film. This film wallows in obscurity and observes a decent release and far more attention. Like Ringo Lam's superb BURNING PARADISE perhaps if MIRAGE had more recognisable stars then maybe it would be better known. And how on earth didn't Pasha Romani become a huge female action star? She's gorgeous, charismatic and has decent fighting skills to boot.
