Also anyone who thinks celebrities don't have to obey the law as the rest of us do. Those are the people who could be swayed by Agnifilio's spin on what the feds contend in the indictment. Combs' attorney is also using the tired "they're trying to bring a wealthy black man down" defense. Skin color will NEVER fly as a defense when there is a video showing that at least part of the indictment has teeth. Combs' attorney said Combs will take the stand to testify, which means he will be cross-examined by the state. This trial will be a hot one and I will be glued to CourtTV for the entirety. The day after the verdict I'll be waiting to watch "TMZ Presents: The Downfall of Diddy The Prison Sentence".
